The Westshore Center is nicknamed the "Red Stripe" building because it is a grey glass building with a red stripe between each of the 8 floors. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse directly across the street from our building.

Suite #190 from the main lobby is the first office on the right. From the parking garage we are on the left past the elevators.

Dr. Jason L. Swerdloff, MD of Lifestyle Lift Tampa

Dr. Jason L. Swerdloff, MD
After earning his medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, Dr. Swerdloff completed an Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He was then selected for a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Recently, he successfully completed a rigorous re-certification process by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery including evaluation of professional standing, evidence of lifelong learning, demonstration of cognitive expertise, and assessment of practice performance. In addition, Dr. Swerdloff was selected by Lifestyle Lift as Medical Director for the Southeast and Northeast Regions.

After earning a bachelor’s from Rutgers, Dr. Karolak earned a medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He completed his General Surgery internship and Otorhinolaryngology/Orofacial Plastic Surgery residency at the Saint Barnabas Healthcare System. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, specializing in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery.
